Radio Presenter | Podcast Host & Producer | Head of Liaison at Global Sports Podcast Network
With years of experience at the intersection of media, sports, and politics, I bring a versatile skill set and a deep understanding of storytelling to the airwaves. As the Head of Liaison at Global Sports Podcast Network, I manage relationships across teams to ensure top-tier content creation. I’m also the founder of Serengeti Media, where I oversee the production of podcasts from concept to finished product, covering a broad range of subjects, including sports, media, and politics.
My passion for radio and podcasting is driven by a commitment to engaging and thought-provoking content. I produce and host a podcast that dives into the power of Peer Support, fostering compassionate and inspirational conversations with a diverse range of voices.
Aside from that, I’m a big sports fan – never more at home than watching the football, golf, cricket…and unfortunately a tragic Leeds United fan! I train regularly at the gym, play some golf (badly) and enjoy spending time with my beautiful family – which consist of my partner and our two dogs! Music is another passion – I have a very broad taste – but a sucker for dance, pop, even a bit of country!
Always on the lookout for the next great story or collaboration, I’m ready to bring my expertise and enthusiasm to new opportunities in radio.
I have a strong and diverse background in radio, spanning several years and a variety of roles. I started my journey in Hospital Radio at Tyneside Radio, where I presented a general request show, engaging with listeners and honing my skills in creating a warm and welcoming on-air presence.
From there, I moved on to Lite FM in Peterborough as a Showbiz Reporter, covering the latest in entertainment news and interviewing industry personalities.
My passion for connecting with audiences led me to Black Cat Radio, where I hosted the Late Night Love Lounge, a show dedicated to smooth late-night grooves that created a perfect, relaxing atmosphere for listeners.
After a break, I rejoined Black Cat Radio where I’m currently a presenter of the Drive Time Show “The Home Run” where I keep listeners company during their evening commute with a mix of great music, local news, engaging discussions, quirky characters and amusing, energetic banter!
Throughout my career, I’ve developed a deep understanding of what makes radio special – the ability to connect with people on a personal level, entertain, and inform – and that’s what I love about it.
